Help power the adventures of our customers-before they even hit the road. Colton RV & Marine is hiring an RV Driver/Transporter to assist with moving, delivering, and staging RVs across our locations. If you're a confident driver who enjoys variety in your day and wants a hands-on role with a company that's driven, dependable, and people-focused, this could be the perfect fit. 


Essential Functions:

  • Move RV inventory of varying size safely between locations
  • Use smartphone app to report status of moves
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of Company vehicles and property
  • Perform Pre-Trip inspections
  • Be familiar with DOT Regulations
  • Deliver, level, and hook up RV's at campsites
  • Move vehicles to maintain flow of traffic
  • Communicate with supervisor and other dealership staff effectively and efficiently
  • Drive/Pull inventory to and from Dealerships, Campgrounds, Customers, and Other Locations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Education, Experience and Work Requirements:

High School diploma or GED

Valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable, driving record

Pre-employment background check, including drug screening


 Physical Requirements

May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Periods of standing, walking the lot/shop, bending, and stooping


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Verifiable Experience driving RVs/campers preferred (5th wheel, bumper pull, Class-A, Class-C, etc.)

CDL A/B or R Endorsement required

DOT Medical Certificate required

Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner

Must be able to prioritize moves in order of importance

Must be a self-starter
