A Seasonal RN is a Registered Nurse hired on a temporary or contract basis, typically to help healthcare facilities manage increased patient loads during busy seasons, such as flu season or holidays. The '$20K Sign-On Bonus' refers to a financial incentive offered to attract qualified nurses, paid either as a lump sum or in installments after certain employment milestones are met.
