Job Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Conversions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the successful execution and continued growth of conversion requests that adapt existing educational products into customized solutions for customers. The position plays an essential role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency and cross-team collaboration, while developing strong product knowledge and identifying opportunities to improve offerings and internal processes. Applicants should have familiarity with Lakeshore products and solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment serving educators.

A day on the job looks like this:

  • Reviewing and processing incoming conversion requests to ensure accuracy, completeness and adherence to established guidelines
  • Partnering with colleagues across teams to support and grow Lakeshore's overall strategy for product conversions
  • Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of Lakeshore offerings as well as relevant industry competitors to better support customer needs
  • Collecting and analyzing data across conversion requests to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improving products and solutions
Qualifications

Got the skills and experience? Here's what we're looking for:

  • Familiarity with Lakeshore products and solutions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat Reader; comfortable learning and using new technologies
  • Classroom experience or exposure to curriculum development is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented mindset and approach to work
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify practical solutions

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties. For employees residing outside of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, pay is based on national market.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $19.48-$22 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
