This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 25%. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. This includes either passport based visa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. Preference will be given to candidates who can work in CST timezone.

What your impact will be:

  • Perform implementation tasks, training, consulting, and other implementation and/or support services for implementation customers on the inHANCE product line. These services will include a combination of virtual and onsite methods.
  • Interpret requirements and define necessary system setups.
  • Respond to incoming implementation support calls and resolve issues accordingly.
  • Develop a close working relationship with Project Coordinators and primary contacts at each client site to ensure that the site is prepared for implementation and training activities as well as to ensure material presented meets the specific needs of the client.
  • Project coordination and management could be required on individual project basis.
  • Develop good working relationship with staff in Professional Services, Customer Support and Development in order to trouble-shoot technical and functional questions that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Provide feedback to the Project Coordinator, Management, and other team members to help improve the product or aid in the overall implementation process.
  • Maximize and maintain current knowledge and awareness of Harris software applications and related technologies.
  • Coordinate the retrieval of source data and review to ensure we have the required data for conversion.
  • Cleanse and integrate data and coordinate any conversion assistance needed from Development.
  • Test all data conversions and review newly converted data with client to ensure accuracy of the conversion.
  • Database skills and the ability to perform queries in SQL is an asset.
  • Documentation and communication of work tasks is a critical part of this position.
  • Updating internal tracking systems and time entry.
  • Position will require to provide customer support as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet changing Business Needs.
  • Position will require some travel, up to 25% in US & Canada.

What we are looking for:

  • At least five years of experience in the field of being a software application consultant/implementation specialist.
  • Previous training experience in software applications.
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical thinking to resolve issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11/ Windows Server 2016+.
  • Customer service experience is essential.
  • Strong time management, planning and organizing skills are required.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and recommend solutions that will meet customer needs.
  • Must demonstrate patience and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
