What You'll Do
Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage clinic resources, supplies, and equipment to maintain a welcoming, professional, and child-centered environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, including repairs and replacement of perishable items.
- Support clinical teams by addressing day-to-day operational needs and promoting a seamless workflow.
- Review schedules to make recommendations on intake needs (when additional clients can be welcomed) and staffing needs (when more Behavior Technicians are required).
- Plan and organize staff appreciation activities, holiday celebrations, spirit weeks, and seasonal arts and crafts for children.
- Support community outreach and marketing efforts, including planning and attending job fairs, conferences, and events, and building partnerships with local organizations and referring providers.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate client therapy appointments and staff schedules to maximize efficiency and meet client goals.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly to minimize disruptions to services.
- Conduct regular reviews of scheduling practices to identify and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of schedule changes and updates, ensuring clear communication with staff and families.
- Audit schedules for accuracy and manage back-end corrections as needed.
