Job description

Step Forward ABA is seeking passionate and motivated Full-time and Part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to become part of our dynamic and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work hands-on in a meaningful role, supporting individuals in both home and school settings, while receiving the guidance and resources to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in restructuring environments and activities to support the clients' behaviors.
  • Teaching skills that allow the individual to communicate and/or function more effectively.
  • Review behavior plans and other instructional materials developed by behavior analysts.
  • Facilitate consistent implementation of the behavior plan and monitor outcomes.
  • Implementing behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors.
  • Data collection as prescribed by a recipient's behavior analysis service plan.
  • Communicate openly with behavior analysts and regional coordinator.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to implementation of the intervention plan.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • RBT Certification is mandatory.
  • Experience in the field is a plus.
  • Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
Expected Hours: 10 - 35 hours per week
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
