Our Kansas City showroom serves as both a workplace and a destination for clients, partners, and employees. We're looking for an organized, welcoming professional who enjoys creating exceptional experiences while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

The Showroom Concierge is the first face and voice of Circadia's Kansas City showroom. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for every visitor while supporting the daily administrative, hospitality, and operational needs of the office. In addition to serving as the face of the showroom, this position provides valuable support to the marketing team by assisting with production needs and presentation materials.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and presentation, and is always willing to jump in wherever needed.

Client & Visitor Experience

• Welcome clients, guests, and vendors to the showroom and ensure they receive an exceptional first impression.
• Coordinate conference room setup for client and internal meetings.
• Manage hospitality needs, including food and beverage ordering and guest services.
• Assist walk-in furniture customers and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Office Operations

• Order and maintain finish, and material samples.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and shipping.
• Maintain kitchen, coffee, beverage, and hospitality areas throughout the day.
• Assist with office organization and presentation.
• Support office supply and miscellaneous purchasing.

Employee Experience

• Coordinate internal employee celebrations, recognition, and engagement activities.
• Assist with onboarding materials and welcome items for new employees.
• Support company events and special initiatives.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace environment.

Marketing & Showroom Support

• Coordinate showroom signage, branded graphics, and environmental displays to ensure the showroom reflects Circadia's brand and current initiatives.
• Assist with showroom updates for client events, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day marketing production support, including printing, binding, assembling presentation materials, and preparing collateral.
• Assist with the preparation of smaller client presentations, proposal materials, and leave-behind packets.
• Provide administrative assistance for special projects, as assigned.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple teams.
