What are seasonal pool monitors?

Seasonal pool monitors are individuals hired to oversee the safety, cleanliness, and operation of swimming pools during peak seasons, typically summer. Their duties often include monitoring pool usage, enforcing pool rules, checking pool passes, and sometimes assisting with basic maintenance tasks. Unlike lifeguards, pool monitors may not be required to have lifesaving certifications, but they serve an important role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool users.
