Job description

Position Overview

AquaSafe Pool Management is hiring Seasonal Pool Maintenance Technicians to support spring preparation for the 2026 pool season. This role focuses exclusively on vacuuming and brushing pools to prepare them for opening.

This is a 30โ€“40 hour per week position with the opportunity to transition into a Supervisor, Pool Manager, or Lifeguard role for the remainder of the 2026 season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vacuum and brush 20โ€“30 assigned pools within a designated service area

  • Remove debris, algae, and buildup from pool surfaces

  • Ensure pools are clean and prepared for seasonal opening

  • Follow AquaSafe safety and quality standards

  • Communicate progress and any maintenance concerns to management

This role does not require chemical balancing, repairs, or technical service work.

Schedule & Hours
  • 30โ€“40 hours per week

  • Primarily weekday daytime hours

  • Spring seasonal position with continuation opportunities into summer 2026
