Truck Driver - Pineville, LA

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Arkema is seeking a Truck Driver based in Pineville, Louisiana, to transport and deliver odorants used in the natural gas and propane industry across North America.

We welcome experienced CDL drivers and individuals seeking their first opportunity in specialized transportation. We're looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and committed to operating safely and responsibly.

This role involves long-distance driving, hands-on technical work, and independent decision-making to ensure deliveries are completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport light mercaptans using company-owned bulk trucks and DOT-approved containers
  • Operate and connect delivery and yard equipment safely.
  • Prepare trucks and equipment to meet DOT and company safety standards
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with customers to ensure site readiness and safe access
  • Load delivery vessels in coordination with facility operators
  • Complete all required delivery, expense, and regulatory documentation
  • Maintain accurate DOT logs, training records, and licenses
  • Participate in driver meetings and required safety training

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL license in good standing required (Louisiana preferred)
  • Must be able to obtain a Hazmat endorsement; training is provided
  • Experience in the petrochemical industry, industrial operations, or long-distance driving preferred
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
