Job description

Drivers! Non-CDL

HW Staffing Solutions is currently seeking reliable non-CDL drivers for a dedicated route starting in Sturbridge, MA and delivering to Bohemia, NY. The position will require driving a 25ft Box Truck.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (early AM-12-hour shifts)
  • Start Location: Sturbridge, MA
  • Route: Sturbridge, MA → Bohemia, NY
  • Pay: $280 per day

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to handle long-distance routes and maintain professionalism on the road
  • Paid weekly: Monday (paper check) or Tuesday (direct deposit)
  • After 90 days: 401K, dental, vision, paid holidays, and company-paid long-term, short-term, and life insurance.
  • After 1 year: 1-week paid vacation.
  • Must possess a minimum of 18 months of verifiable straight truck or tractor/trailer driving experience within the last 3 years.
  • Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
  • Must be open to obtaining a valid DOT medical card if hired
