PMG Vegetation is hiring hardworking individuals who enjoy physical and outdoor work and are comfortable navigating various types of terrain. This seasonal position runs from April/May through mid-August 2026 and is ideal for those with farming, ranching, construction, or other outdoor labor experience.The right candidates will be able to handle physically demanding tasks, work efficiently in small crews, and follow instructions to complete vegetation management tasks. Previous physical labor experience is required.What You'll Do:Walk through large properties and apply herbicides using a backpack spray system to control noxious weedsWork in various terrains, including rocky, steep, and uneven landscapesMix and load herbicides in proper amounts for accurate applicationWork independently and in a small crew to meet daily production goalsFollow work orders and instructions to ensure vegetation is managed properlyKeep simple but accurate records of herbicide applicationsOccasionally, travel to job sites outside the immediate area as neededWhat You Need to Apply:Must be at least 18 years oldValid driver's licensePrevious physical labor experience is requiredAble to stay in company-provided hotels for four nights a week in Rifle, COExperience in farming, ranching, construction, or other outdoor labor is preferredPhysically able to carry a 50 lb. backpack sprayer for extended periodsAble to work in the heat, cold, and other tough weather conditionsAble to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and move around as needed to complete tasksAble to work long shifts on your feet and maintain a steady work paceWhat We Offer:Starting pay: $20.00 per hour$50/day Per DiemBi-weekly pay scheduleLicense and certification reimbursementsBonus opportunitiesThree-day weekends (weather permitting)Who We Are:PMG Vegetation specializes in commercial, large-scale vegetation management across multiple industries.
