There is more than one location associated with this position. This is either because there are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities. What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain job profiles in Workday, including job responsibilities and pay details.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure UHS compensation programs remain competitive.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and assist in analyzing results.
  • Support annual compensation programs, including performance management, salary increases, and incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards leadership to evaluate pay structures and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking For

Education/Experience:

Minimum Required:

  • Associate's degree in human resources or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources and/or compensation administration

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in healthcare preferred

License/Certification

Preferred:

  • CCP Certification Compensation Professional

  • Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, PHR)
