Job description

As a Seasonal Guest Services Resort Operator, you'll answer phone calls in a courteous and pleasant manner and refer guests to the correct extensions. With a pleasant and can-do attitude you'll address guest concerns in a friendly and warm manner.

Salary Range: $18.50/hr

Eligible for bonus and incentive compensation 

 

This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates:

  • Season Start: As soon as possible 
  • Season End: October 31st, 2026

Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season. Peak season, with the most hours, is typically May – October.

  • Answering and referring phone calls on the main switchboard;
  • Courteous, timely and accurate when transferring calls, relaying messages and giving information to guests;
  • Receive and send guest faxes;
  • Photocopying;
  • Comply with Suncadia dress code and grooming policy;
  • Process guestroom reservations into Springer Miller during reservations office off-hours;
  • Absorb, understand and continually communicate Suncadia events and activities to guests;
  • Support Front Desk operations with physical coverage as needed;
  • Other duties as assigned.
