Job description

Tool Die and Repair – Up to $37/hr
Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry

Are you an experienced machinist who can take raw material and turn it into precision tooling? If so, we want you on our team.

At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, we’ve been building high-quality castings for over 115 years. We’re looking for a skilled Pattern Maker (Tool Room Machinist) to support our tooling and machining operations.

Pay & Schedule

  • Up to $37.00/hr (based on experience)
  • 2nd shift: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 3rd shift: Sunday – Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Overtime available after probation
  • Relocation assistance available

What You’ll Do

  • Machine and maintain foundry tooling
  • Work with aluminum, plastic, and tool steel
  • Read and interpret prints and GD&T
  • Program and run CNC equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues and adjust as needed
  • Support a variety of custom machining projects

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with CNC mills and lathes
  • Mastercam CAD/CAM experience
  • Manual machining (Bridgeport mill, engine lathe)
  • Strong mechanical ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
