Job description

FedEx Employee Shuttle Driver

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking individuals to join our growing team who are passionate, have integrity, and have empathy for how their words and decisions affect our employees, customers, and partners. The Bus Operator is responsible for safely delivering employee shuttle passengers to assigned airport area in accordance with passenger specifications.

Job duties include supervising a team of agents, managing shift schedules, communicating with the manager concerning any problems or issues, scheduling and conducting shift meetings, assisting in the administration of payroll, monitoring and enforcing safe working conditions, promoting and adhering to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity, assigning drivers to specific vehicles and corresponding routes, consolidating all paperwork from the operators, completing the daily shift report, coordinating with clients in performing additional operation activities, and performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, being at least 18 years of age, possessing a valid driving license, and being able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. Preferred qualifications include one year of relevant work experience in the bussing/shuttle industry.

Physical requirements include constantly lifting, moving up to 70 lbs, pushing, pulling; and constantly walking, standing, reaching above shoulder, climbing, crawling, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping outwards and bending. Working conditions include being able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
