Job Summary:

The Driver role supports exceptional guest experiences by providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services for guests. Responsibilities include operating the hotel’s shuttle transit vans to and from designated local destinations, assisting guests with luggage when needed, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere during each interaction. Drivers also help maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards while delivering reliable service that enhances each guest’s overall stay.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests when in proximity and provide safe, prompt, and courteous transportation services to and from designated local destinations.
  • Create memorable guest experiences through a friendly, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Respond professionally and efficiently to guest requests, questions, and transportation needs at all times.
  • Share knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance each guest’s stay.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide support with arrivals and departures when needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of hotel shuttle vehicles to ensure a comfortable guest experience.
  • Demonstrate a solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to changing guest and operational needs.
  • Embody company values in all interactions while consistently delivering exceptional, genuine guest service. Ensuring prompt and attentive service throughout each interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, especially in roles focused on creating positive and authentic guest or client experiences.
  • People-Oriented Mindset: A genuine passion for serving others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with proper grammar.
  • Multitasking & Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability and willingness to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including varying shifts, days, and hours.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $17.00
