Seasonal window: ~Immediate Start Jan 15, 2026 Goal: Convert strong seasonal delivery driver hires to full-time permanent roles after peak.

About the role: Vacation Pace Logistics (an Amazon Delivery Service Partner) is hiring seasonal delivery driver talent for the holiday peak with the intention to convert top performers to permanent roles (based on business need). If youre a safety-minded, reliable delivery driver who enjoys being on the move, youll get Amazon packages to customers safely and on timeand set yourself up for a long-term spot.

Pay & Perks

  • $23.00/hour starting base
  • Guaranteed overtime during the holiday season (OT at 1.5x after 40 hrs/week)
  • Guaranteed raise upon conversion to permanent (amount set in offer, based on performance)

  • 21+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Valid drivers license (no CDL required)
  • Consent to a pre-employment drug screen
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to meet safety & performance standards as a delivery driver
