Our concepts range from elevated dinner experiences to Asian-inspired cuisine, American classics, brunch programs, tropical coastal fare, and Hawaiian-inspired hospitality concepts. The ideal candidate thrives in multi-unit environments, understands how to scale systems while preserving creativity, and leads with humility, intensity, and heart.

  • New restaurant openings, culinary rollouts, and concept development
  • Collaboration with ownership, operations, marketing, and beverage teams
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings both creative culinary talent and elite operational discipline.

  • Experience leading high-volume, multi-million-dollar restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor and inspire teams
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality, culture, and guest experience
