Job Function: Commercial Strategy | Corporate Account Management | Business Development

Job Summary: The Corporate Programs Manager owns the commercial strategy, analytics, and ongoing management of Dodge’s corporate account programs throughout the United States. This position manages the lifecycle of corporate programs, from qualification and commercial support through ongoing performance measurement, distributor accountability, and continuous optimization. The role serves as the central coordinator for corporate account initiatives, ensuring pricing support, rebate investments, and field resources are aligned to deliver profitable growth and measurable returns.

Key Responsibilities: Corporate Program Management
  • Manage the portfolio of corporate account programs across all distribution partners.
  • Evaluate new program requests and recommend appropriate commercial support.
  • Conduct annual program reviews to determine continuation, modification, or sunset.
  • Ensure programs remain aligned with Dodge’s commercial strategy.
Commercial Analytics
  • Monitor account performance, market share, rebate effectiveness, and competitive activity.
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion, new plant penetration, and competitive conversions.
  • Develop actionable insights that help prioritize field resources and commercial investments.
Distributor Accountability
  • Ensure distributors fulfill agreed-upon commitments associated with corporate programs.
  • Measure execution against documented objectives and communicate results to Distributor Managers.
  • Partner with distributors to improve program effectiveness and drive mutual growth.
Resource Coordination
  • Coordinate efforts among Distributor Managers, Business Development, Field Sales Engineers, Pricing, and Product Management.
  • Help direct organizational resources toward the highest-value opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between corporate purchasing organizations and local field execution.
Continuous Improvement
  • Standardize corporate account processes, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Develop tools and dashboards that improve decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage analytics and AI to improve portfolio management and commercial execution.
People, Leadership & Development
  • Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
  • Drive collaboration across commercial, pricing, business development, and product management teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and organizational effectiveness.
  • Influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of industrial sales, distribution management, business development, pricing, or commercial leadership experience.
  • Experience working with industrial distributors and corporate account programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and a naturally curious, root-cause mindset.
  • Effective communicator with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
Physical Requirements:
  • Extended periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk or computer workstation.
  • Ability to type, reach, and grasp, and to communicate verbally and in writing for extended periods over the phone, virtually, and in person.
  • Walk distances within distributor and customer sites that may have adverse conditions such as heat, humidity, or dust.
  • Must be able to drive and travel for extended periods.
  • Travel expectation is high (2-3 overnight travel days per week; 50-60%) to distributors, customer sites, and regional offices.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Speak and present in person and virtually to individuals and small groups.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of Dodge’s corporate account programs, from qualification and commercial support through performance measurement and optimization.
  • Analyze account performance, market share, rebate effectiveness, and competitive activity to develop actionable commercial insights.
  • Hold distributors accountable to documented commitments and lead regular business reviews to measure execution against objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources across Distribution, Business Development, Field Sales, Pricing, and Product Management to prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and standardized reporting that improve commercial decision-making and program visibility.
  • Communicate program results, recommendations, and strategy effectively to internal stakeholders, distributors, and corporate purchasing organizations.
  • Manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through.
  • Maintain confidentiality of pricing, rebate, and commercial program information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Dodge’s commercial strategy and growth objectives.
