Seasonal Cold Calling Appointment Setters focus on making calls during specific seasons to schedule appointments, often for sales campaigns. Telemarketers typically make calls year-round to promote products or services. While both roles require strong communication skills, appointment setters concentrate on lead qualification and scheduling, whereas telemarketers aim to generate immediate sales or interest. The key difference lies in the seasonal nature and specific goal of appointment setting versus ongoing telemarketing activities.
