Job description

Perched on the scenic RiverGorge Ranch, Riverdance is a fine dining destination celebrating seasonal ingredients, culinary craftsmanship, and the bounty of the land. Our kitchen is driven by a passion for quality and precision, and we’re currently looking for an experienced Butcher to join our team.

Position Summary

The Butcher will work closely with our culinary team to prepare and portion high-quality meats, fish, and game in accordance with fine dining standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining product integrity, minimizing waste, and supporting the kitchen’s overall operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and portion meats including beef, pork, poultry, game, and seafood to chef specifications

  • Maintain proper inventory and ensure accurate labeling and storage of all proteins

  • Uphold safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations

  • Assist with sourcing, receiving, and quality-checking meat and fish deliveries

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
