Job Description/Responsibilities The Bottling Technician plays a key role in producing high-quality spirits by operating and maintaining bottling line equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant production while supporting daily bottling operations and meeting production goals. The role offers hands-on experience with industrial equipment, opportunities for continuous improvement, and collaboration across teams to deliver award-winning products. Schedule: 2-2-3 work schedule. Openings on day shift (5:20 am - 5:30 pm) and night shift (5:20 pm - 5:30 am). What You'll Do
  • Operate, troubleshoot, change over, and perform basic maintenance on bottling line equipment including fillers, cappers, decasers, and case packers.
  • Perform quality inspections, labeling, case packing, and documentation to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Support daily production goals by following SOPs, food safety standards, and best practices while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance bottling line performance through continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide guidance and support to temporary team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Qualifications/Requirements Required:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production, or relevant environment.
Preferred:
  • Previous experience operating industrial or bottling/manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience following SOPs, GMPs, HACCP, or food safety standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
