Invite a friend Back to job search Job Description: SUMMARY The Master Technician is responsible for performing the most complex diagnostic problem solving work within the service center. RESPONSIBILITIES Will solve and complete the more technically complex jobs. Supervises the use, care, and operation of high tech equipment necessary for diagnosing today's vehicles.

Provides quality assurance by checking the work of other technicians (duty shared with the Service Manager): proper work methods, techniques, best practices, and compliance with applicable standards and specifications. Will train other technicians on vehicle systems, procedures, and newly developed techniques for improving productivity. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Experience and Skills High School Diploma, GED or equivalent ASE Master Certification Three or more years of total technician experience Complete set of technician hand tools Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screen Effective communication and interpersonal skills An Equal Opportunity Employer-M/F/D/V.
