Job description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Process Technician in Travelers Rest, South Carolina.  This is a direct hire position with a starting pay of $27-34 per hour depending upon experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • BOM vs material verifications
  • Perform mold and tooling changes based on production needs
  • Material inspections pre-production and in process
  • Follow all SOPs
  • Production failure analysis and quality reporting
  • Set & maintain cycle times to maximize production efficiency
  • Support supervisors in determining production priorities
  • Troubleshoot production equipment 


Education & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years recent experience in a manufacturing setting as a process technician
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent - Technical Degree in related field preferred 
  • Prior / recent experience with mold and tooling changes (example: injection molding)
  • Good understanding of quality inspection methods
  • Excellent communication skills
