Job Title: Litigation Associate

Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Greenville, SC

Description:
Cassidy Coates Price, P.A. is seeking a new litigation associate to join our litigation practice in our Greenville, SC office. This position will handle medical malpractice litigation, commercial litigation, and general litigation. The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as a solid academic performance and a demonstrated interest in litigation.

Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited law school
  • Moot Court, Law Journal, or similar law school experience preferred
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Ability to think strategically and exhibit strong intellectual curiosity

Must have passed the South Carolina Bar Exam or the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) and Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) in the past 3 years with South Carolina qualifying scores.

Salary: Commensurate with experience
