Job description

Product Information Management (PIMLY Ownership)
  • Serve as the primary administrator and business owner of the PIMLY platform.

• Manage the product content lifecycle from creation through ongoing maintenance and optimization.
• Coordinate product data collection and updates from Product Management, Product Development, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure product information is accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned across all digital channels.
Product Detail Page (PDP) Optimization
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve Product Detail Page (PDP) content.

• Develop compelling product descriptions that clearly communicate features, benefits, applications, and customer value.
• Maintain product attributes, specifications, dimensions, certifications, installation information, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure PDP content aligns with customer search intent and supports ecommerce conversion goals.
Digital Asset & Image Management
• Manage product imagery within PIMLY and support digital asset systems.
• Coordinate creation, optimization, and publication of product photography, lifestyle imagery, application photos, technical drawings, installation guides, product videos, BIM, and CAD resources.
• Ensure assets meet company branding, quality, accessibility, and e-commerce standards.
SEO & Product Discoverability
• Establish and maintain product content standards and governance processes.
• Conduct ongoing audits to identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent product information.
• Ensure compliance with ecommerce, marketplace, and Google Merchant Center requirements.
• Develop KPIs and scorecards related to product content, completeness, and quality.
• Recommend process improvements to streamline product content workflows.
Data Quality & Governance
  • Direct CRO initiatives using tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Salesforce dashboards to analyze user behavior, refine funnels, and improve overall user experience for specifiers and buyers.

Website & Digital Experience
  • Manage website content updates and ongoing website improvements.

• Support website personalization and customer experience initiatives.
• Monitor website usability and recommend enhancements.
• Analyze website behavior using GA4 and other digital analytics tools.
• Conduct periodic audits for SEO, accessibility, content quality, and user experience.
Ecommerce Operations
  • Support administration and optimization of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).

• Monitor ecommerce performance metrics and customer purchasing behavior.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to improve online merchandising.
• Assist with testing and deployment of new ecommerce functionality.
• Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability and conversion rates.
Analytics & Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards for website, ecommerce, and product content performance.
• Report on product page engagement, search rankings, product content completeness, conversion rates, ecommerce performance, and organic traffic growth.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Management to launch new products and update existing product information.

• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to ensure product messaging consistency.
• Work with IT and external vendors to support PIMLY, website, and e-commerce enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across digital channels.
Required :
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience managing product content, ecommerce, digital marketing, or website platforms.
• Experience working in a Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Strong understanding of product content strategy and digital merchandising.
• Experience with SEO and content optimization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience with PIMLY or other enterprise PIM platforms.

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience.
• Knowledge of Google Merchant Center requirements.
• Experience with product taxonomy and attribute management.
• Experience managing digital assets and DAM platforms.
