JOB SUMMARY

At Nueske’s, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels, driving revenue growth while enhancing the customer journey.

This role is responsible for website merchandising, product setup, digital promotions, and performance reporting, while partnering cross-functionally to ensure a seamless end-to-end ecommerce experience. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Website & Platform Management and Execution

· Manage and project manage the day-to-day operations of our websites.

· Maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.

· Ensure site functionality, navigation, and checkout processes are optimized.

· Coordinate bug fixes and enhancements with developers or third-party partners.

· Write content and create digital assets aligned with content calendar.

Merchandising & Promotions

· Execute digital merchandising strategies, including homepage updates and seasonal campaigns.

· Launch promotions, bundles, discount codes, and limited time offers.

· Optimize product collections and category organization to improve conversion.

· Collaborate with the greater marketing team to align campaigns across catalog, email, SMS, paid media, and social channels.

Performance & Analytics

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, AOV, traffic, revenue, and cart abandonment.

· Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance.

· Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.

· Identify opportunities and implement changes to improve user experience, merchandising, and sales performance. · Assist with forecasting and budget planning.

Customer Experience Optimization

· Optimize product pages, including copy, creative, SEO, and FAQs.

· Create and implement schema and content structure optimized for algorithms used for both human and AI agent discovery.

· Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing.

· Ensure mobile responsiveness and site speed optimization.

· Partner with customer service to resolve recurring issues impacting conversion.

Inventory & Operations Coordination

· Work cross-functionally to maintain inventory accuracy.

· Monitor out-of-stocks and coordinate restock timing and customer messaging.

· Support product launches and new SKU setup.

Digital Marketing Support

· Create and launch paid media landing pages and campaign tracking.

· Implement SEO best practices for product and collection pages.

· Manage integrations with marketplaces and customer PIMs as needed.

· Suggest technological enhancements that benefit workflow.

· Expert in SEO fundamentals and schema.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in CPG, retail, or food brands.

· Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO). · HTML/CSS expertise.

· Experience with subscription models or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

· ADA compliance methods and execution.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience with developing content and schema that drives human and agent traffic to the site.
