2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Description Paid Search Coordinator Tech Company is seeking a Paid Search Coordinator to support growing paid search program. This role will focus on executing paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. What You'll Do Bid Optimization & Budget Pacing: Continuously analyze performance data to refine bids and allocate budgets effectively in alignment with campaign KPIs. Campaign QA & Maintenance: Perform regular audits to maintain clean account structures, resolve discrepancies, and uphold campaign integrity. Performance Tracking & Insights: Support data extraction and reporting efforts, proactively identifying trends, issues, and growth opportunities. A/B Testing Implementation: Execute tests for ad copy, landing pages, and other variables as guided by the Paid Search Manager. Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on paid search experience, preferably at an agency or in-house in a high-growth environment. Strong understanding of bidding & pacing in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, specifically Target ROAS. Experience with Search Ads 360 is preferred. Basic familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
