This cross-functional collaboration helps ensure that both content and website infrastructure support higher search rankings and a better user experience.

These skills ensure improved website visibility, increased organic traffic, and measurable business growth in a competitive digital landscape.

We are looking for a leader who understands that the future of search extends far beyond keywords and is deeply intertwined with user experience, Generative AI and large language models. You will sit at the intersection of marketing strategy and technical execution, designing and deploying the systems that allow the team to move faster and focus on higher-leverage work. This is not a traditional SEO marketing role. You'll be leading experimentation and helping to set the foundation in architecting autonomous agents, building real-time workflows and visibility tracking pipelines as well as scalable technical automations that transform our marketing engine into an elite, self-sustaining growth system. You will champion this "Search Everywhere" strategy, ensuring it acts as a core component of our product and business architecture. What Will You Do?

  • Data Driven Execution: Create and drive the SEO and GEO roadmap, managing prioritization, execution and optimization of performance oriented initiatives. Conduct in-depth analysis on keyword, topic cluster, and entity to expand content authority and improve discoverability across search and AI ecosystems
  • Marketing Automation & AI Agents: Pilot and scale the use of AI tools, vendor platforms, and automated workflows to streamline repetitive marketing tasks; test into autonomous agents and programmatic scripts for high-impact use cases like competitive content gap analysis, forum sentiment tracking, and bot crawl-readiness.
  • Experimentation & Reporting: Run structured tests to analyze how content formats and technical configurations impact visibility across LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.). Maintain dashboard systems that track traditional SEO rankings alongside brand sentiment and citation share within these LLM environments to provide actionable strategic insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our agencies, vendors and internal teams like Paid Media, Content, Operations, Product and Engineering teams to translate strategy into action, establishing EEAT practices throughout, including authorship, freshness workflows, net new content and technical enhancements such as structured data.
  • Product Partnership & Discoverability: Partner with product teams to make recommendations on strategic initiatives that improve discoverability. This includes defining requirements for new programmatic pages, content hubs, off-site mentions and citation, widgets, quizzes, to optimize how we show up in traditional and emerging search platforms
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of the curve by continually researching and applying new methodologies in the evolving AI search landscape. Set and mold best practices for both internal teams and our clients, ensuring our approach is always cutting-edge

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, large-scale organic search strategies.
  • AI, LLM & RAG Familiarity: Demonstrated fluency in how Large Language Models search, retrieve data (Retrieval-Augmented Generation / RAG), and evaluate sources. Experience building and testing tools utilizing LLM-powered orchestration or agent frameworks is highly preferred
  • Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of modern web technologies and how search and AI bots crawl, index, and rank sites. Proficiency with technical SEO, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Schema Markup.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and others. The ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable, business-focused insights.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership
  • Leadership: Experience in a senior or leadership role, with a proven ability to communicate strategy to different leaders, lead agency and vendor relationships, mentor team members, and drive collaboration across diverse business units.
