The Digital Campaign & Brand Activation Manager leads the development and execution of integrated digital campaigns that build brand equity, accelerate demand, and drive measurable business impact across Thermage, Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, and VASER.
This role orchestrates paid media, digital storytelling, influencer activation, CRM journeys, and omnichannel campaign execution across the full funnel.
The Manager serves as the digital integrator between Brand, PRC, Creative Agencies, Sales, and IT - ensuring cohesive strategy, flawless production, and continuous performance optimization. They will directly manage the Marketing Coordinator and own day-to-day agency leadership, campaign planning, and execution excellence.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Integrated Planning
  • Lead annual and quarterly digital campaign planning across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Translate brand goals into integrated media briefs, full-funnel activation plans, and audience strategies.
  • Develop channel strategies across META, Google, programmatic, influencers, CTV, and retargeting.
  • Build robust campaign roadmaps aligned to brand plans, launches, promotions, and event priorities.

Digital Brand Activation
  • Lead digital activation for product launches, global campaigns, seasonal pushes, and in-market initiatives.
  • Drive the development of digital-first creative, storytelling frameworks, and content amplification plans.
  • Partner with Brand, PR, and Comms teams to execute influencer content, KOL integrations, and co-branded content moments.
  • Oversee digital extensions for major events (ASDS, AAD, roadshows), including pre-event demand, onsite digital capture, and post-event nurturing.

Paid Media Ownership
  • Manage media agencies (BMF, Periphery, Meta Studios, etc.) to deliver high-performance campaigns.
  • Oversee media plans, forecasting, pacing, and KPI alignment.
  • Monitor weekly performance, optimizations, A/B testing, and creative refresh cadence.
  • Own full-funnel analytics for awareness, engagement, traffic, lead generation, and conversion KPIs.

Creative & Content Production Oversight
  • Lead briefing, development, and QC of all digital creative assets (video, static, landing pages, CRM).
  • Manage timelines, asset delivery, PRC submissions, and cross-functional stakeholder review.
  • Ensure all creative meets brand standards, claim requirements, and compliance expectations.

CRM, Web Experience & Lead Nurturing Integration
  • Partner with CRM and IT to build digital journeys connected to campaign triggers and segmentation.
  • Align digital campaigns with landing page experience, UX best practices, SEO, and lead capture optimization.
  • Ensure lead flow accuracy, tagging, tracking, and campaign attribution accuracy.

Performance Analytics & Optimization
  • Own campaign dashboards, measurement plans, and monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • Identify trends, insights, and actionable optimizations for creative, audiences, budgets, and channels.
  • Present performance insights to leadership with recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
  • Support forecasting, budget pacing, and ROI tracking across all campaigns.

Leadership, People Management & Cross-functional Coordination
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing Coordinator to elevate executional excellence.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Brand, Sales, Medical/Legal/PRC, IT, and Finance.
  • Manage external agencies and production partners with rigor, ensuring accountability and high-quality output.
  • Act as the operational quarterback for all digital activation workstreams.

Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred MBA or advance degree
  • Five years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, brand activation, or omnichannel campaign roles
  • Proven track record leading integrated paid media campaigns across META, Google, programmatic, influencers, and CTV
  • Strong understanding of digital KPIs, media analytics, reporting dashboards, and testing frameworks
  • Experience managing creative production, PRC/med-legal review, and cross-functional approvals
  • Demonstrated experience managing direct reports, agencies, and complex timelines
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder leadership skills

Preferred
  • Experience in aesthetics, medical devices, premium beauty, or other regulated categories
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and web optimization tools
  • Experience with influencer programs, video content production, and high-volume creative workflows

The range of starting base pay for this role is $110K-$150K. Actual starting pay will be based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, qualifications, education and location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.
