Role Overview

Tight Line Productions is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven professional to serve as our Account Manager & Production Coordinator. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for many of our Service Industry clients, leading monthly and bi-monthly marketing recap meetings and ensuring campaigns stay on track across web development, video production, and digital strategy.
You'll coordinate day-to-day projects between our web development, video production, and media strategy teams while learning our full suite of marketing services so you can confidently educate clients, explain results, and recommend solutions that help businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.

Lead monthly and bi-monthly marketing recap meetings.

Coordinate projects between web development, video production, SEO, and media strategy teams.
