This role is essential to ensuring that marketing initiatives are not only creative and engaging but also measurable, scalable, and aligned with organizational growth goals. Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of marketing data from CRM systems, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and advertising dashboards (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate marketing tactics and recommend data-backed optimizations.

Requirements
Requirements:
