Job description

Summary:
The Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving data-informed marketing strategies by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting marketing performance across multiple channels-including digital advertising, email campaigns, social media, and SEO/SEM-while aligning results with broader business objectives. By leveraging advanced analytics tools and reporting frameworks, you will help optimize campaign effectiveness, improve customer acquisition and retention, and support ROI-driven decision-making. This role is essential to ensuring that marketing initiatives are not only creative and engaging but also measurable, scalable, and aligned with organizational growth goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of marketing data from CRM systems, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and advertising dashboards (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Develop and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to evaluate marketing tactics and recommend data-backed optimizations.
  • Perform cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling to understand customer behavior and campaign impact across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide insights that inform strategy, messaging, targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and executive summaries, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in marketing efforts.
  • Stay current with emerging analytics tools, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve analytical capabilities.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a similar data-driven role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics) and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models (last-click, multi-touch), and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
