About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager with experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. In this role, you’ll lead marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and boost in-store traffic across multiple locations.

You’ll work across digital, social, and local marketing channels while collaborating with operations and leadership teams to execute impactful campaigns.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
  • Plan and manage content calendars while staying on top of trends
  • Create and oversee engaging content (photo, video, and written) aligned with brand voice
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using engagement and conversion metrics
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships to drive measurable ROI
  • Engage with online communities and manage brand interactions
  • Collaborate with store teams on local marketing initiatives and community partnerships
  • Lead marketing efforts for new store openings, including launch campaigns and events
  • Execute promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and sales
  • Support traditional marketing efforts such as radio and local advertising
  • Maintain website content and implement SEO best practices
