As a Business Process Analyst IV supporting Maintenance Services, you will serve as the analytical engine shaping how Williams configures its CMMS and plans, prioritizes, schedules, and executes maintenance work. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide impact by improving and standardizing maintenance processes to maximize wrench time and produce reliable data for maintenance and reliability analytics. By analyzing processes and data, you willidentify, quantify, and prioritize improvement opportunities. Comparingcurrent state with futurecapabilitydiscovery,youwillfacilitatecross-functionalworkshops, translate insights into a clear roadmap, packageintoexecutive-readycontent, and lead execution in partnership with operations, reliability, HSE, and supply chain.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
  • Creates and coordinates process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced costs
  • Applies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using data
  • Leads multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success
  • Drives development of change management activities
  • Deployment of the Maximo Graphical Assignment / Scheduler (crew-loading and capacity planning) to improve schedule compliance and resource leveling
  • Rollout and optimization of Maximo Mobile for field execution and data capture at the point of work
  • Design and implementation of a 7-day integrated (weekly) maintenance schedule and supporting scheduling discipline
  • Revision of maintenance prioritization and work-prioritization standards (criticality-based)
  • Reliability strategy reviews (PM/PdMoptimization) and data quality / master-data standardization assessments
  • Maximo upgrade to MAS 9.2, including requirements definition, testing, and adoption
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related major and seven (7) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years' experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experience
Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Preferred: Proficiency with analytics languages (i.e. SQL, Python, etc.) and platforms (i.e. Power BI, Microsoft Access, Oracle, and etc.)
  • Preferred: Proficiency with process mapping and value stream mapping
  • Preferred: Midstream / asset-intensive operations industry experience, maintenance or reliability functional experience, and CMMS tool experience (Maximo)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
