Summary:

The SEO &Organic Growth Lead is responsible for supporting strategies that improve thecompany's organic visibility, customer discovery, and digital presence. Thisposition will work alongside the SEO On-Page Lead and eCommerce team toidentify opportunities that support organic growth, improve customer experience,and increase visibility across digital platforms.

The idealcandidate will have a strong foundation in SEO and eCommerce with a curiosityand desire to learn how search continues to evolve. This role will stayinformed on emerging search trends, including AI-powered search experiences,generative search, answer engines, and other developing technologies, whilehelping the company adapt its organic strategy as the digital landscapechanges.

This positionreports to the eCommerce Manager and collaborates closely with SEO, eCommerce,Marketing, Content, Product, Development, Design, and other internal teams.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Organic Growth & Search Strategy:

  • Support organic growth strategies aligned with company and eCommerce objectives.
  • Partner with the SEO On-Page Lead to identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, customer discovery, and website performance.
  • Research customer search behavior, industry trends, competitor activity, and changes in how customers discover products and information.
  • Monitor search engine updates, industry developments, and evolving best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve how company information, products, and content are discovered across digital platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to support future organic growth initiatives.
  • Assist with testing, research, and measurement of new organic opportunities.

Emerging Search & Industry Trends:

  • Stay informed on developments in SEO, AI-powered search, generative search, answer engines, and other emerging digital discovery platforms.
  • Research how changes in search technology and customer behavior may impact organic visibility and eCommerce performance.
  • Develop an understanding of emerging concepts such as GEO, AEO, and LLM-powered search experiences.
  • Identify potential opportunities and provide recommendations as industry best practices continue to develop and share relevant insights and trends with internal teams.

Analytics & Insights:

  • Monitor organic search performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze organic traffic, customer behavior, competitive positioning, and industry changes.
  • Assist with reporting and communicating organic performance insights.
  • Use data and research to support strategic decision-making.

Content & Customer Discovery:

  • Research customer search needs, questions, and behaviors to identify content opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to support content strategies that align with customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality, usefulness, and discoverability.
  • Provide recommendations to better connect customers with relevant information and products.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with SEO, eCommerce, Marketing, Product, Development, Design, and other internal teams.
  • Provide recommendations that support organic growth and customer discovery initiatives.
  • Participate in digital projects where search visibility and customer experience are impacted.
  • Communicate trends, insights, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience or demonstrated knowledge in SEO, eCommerce, digital marketing, content strategy, analytics, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms, customer journeys, and online shopping behavior.
  • Strong interest in emerging technologies, AI, search innovation, and evolving customer behaviors.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and communicate industry trends and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with analytics and search tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms preferred.
  • Must be a detail-oriented self-starter who is focused, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Must possess and maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.

Shift:

Mon-Fri, Day Shift, 8am - 5pm
