Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to support day-to-day website merchandising, product launches, business reporting, and digital initiatives. This individual will partner with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, CRM, logistics, and digital operations to ensure the website remains accurate, optimized, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate product launches in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Maintain website merchandising, promotional collections, and homepage content.
  • Produce weekly and monthly business performance reports.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and analyze eCommerce performance.
  • Maintain product and content launch calendars.
  • Support UX and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Assist with vendor product setup and maintenance.
  • Support execution of the organization's web strategy.
  • Coordinate SEO-focused content updates.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, logistics, CRM, and digital teams.
  • Support additional projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting an eCommerce website through merchandising, product launches, promotions, or content updates.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports and analyzing business performance.
  • Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining product information and performing data entry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Familiarity with footwear, apparel, or consumer products is highly preferred.
  • Experience with product assortment and merchandising is a plus.
  • Experience using eCommerce tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Algolia, Dynamic Yield, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting vendor relationships, content management, or product setup is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Recent graduates with relevant internship or eCommerce experience are encouraged to apply.

Additional Details:

  • Contract assignment through the end of the year.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.
  • Primarily onsite in Charlotte with occasional remote flexibility based on business needs.
  • Immediate start preferred.
  • Candidates should have no planned PTO within the first 60 days.
