Job description

Come join our growing team at QDOBA Mexican Eats! We are looking for a creative and high-energy Local Marketing & Digital Growth Coordinator to drive brand awareness and revenue growth across our growing portfolio of restaurants.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Unlike a traditional store manager role, this position focuses on off-site growth, digital ecosystem optimization, and community engagement. You will be the bridge between our restaurants and the local Kansas City community, leveraging digital tools and local partnerships to increase foot traffic and catering sales.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Catering growth strategy: Increase catering sales by identifying and connecting with local potential customers including businesses, schools, sports teams, medical centers, etc.
  • Local event/campaign execution: Implement localized marketing programs and area-specific promotions to drive repeat guest visits.
  • Partnership management: Establish and manage partnerships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, etc. to drive brand awareness.
  • Community engagement: Identify and attend relevant community events to spread the word about QDOBA.
  • Reputation management: Act as the voice of our brand online by proactively engaging with guest feedback, resolving concerns, and fostering positive community sentiment.
  • Digital presence/SEO: Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all locations to ensure top-tier local search rankings.
  • Performance tracking: Track key performance indicators and present performance summaries to ownership.
  • Budget oversight: Manage the local marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated to the highest-performing marketing channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent education required. Age requirements may apply in order to remain in compliance with State and Federal laws.

Experience: 2+ years experience in multi-unit marketing and/or digital marketing

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: 

  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations
  • Proficiency in managing Google Business Profiles, Meta Business Suite, email marketing tools, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
  • Familiarity with Kansas City demographic landscape

Physical/Logistical Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between restaurant locations as needed.

Pay Range: $22.00-$30.00 per hour (dependent on experience) + performance-based bonus program
