E-Commerce & Digital Shelf Excellence Manager - Walmart

Your role:

  • Own end-to-end Walmart.com digital shelf performance across Philips Personal Health categories - content quality, search visibility, conversion, and availability - leading content excellence and syndication execution (accurate, compliant, complete, optimized PDPs) via centralized Digital Content Excellence tools and frameworks and setting the strategic roadmap for how the category shows up on Walmart.com.
  • Measure, monitor, and act on digital shelf KPIs (content quality/compliance, discoverability, attribute completeness, conversion-readiness), translating performance data into prioritized optimization actions - including PDP enhancements, A/B testing, and SEO/GEO visibility improvements - and using those insights to inform broader commercial strategy.
  • Partner with Digital Content Excellence on Agentic Commerce (e.g., Sparky), testing, learning, and scaling content, search, and PDP strategies to maximize visibility and conversion in AI-driven shopping environments, staying ahead of how digital shelf strategy needs to evolve as commerce channels shift.
  • Execute digital merchandising, launches, and promotional activity - brand pages, site placements, campaign activation, and end-to-end Walmart.com product launch execution - ensuring flawless go-live and strong performance during key events and seasonal peaks, coordinated closely with Marketing and Syndication.
  • Manage 3P marketplace performance and brand protection, while partnering cross-functionally with National Account Managers, Marketing, and Syndication teams to translate commercial priorities into strategic, best-in-class digital execution - supporting line reviews and customer-facing meetings.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital shelf optimization, content management, or retailer.com execution - ideally supporting Walmart or other major retailers.
  • Your skills include expertise in SEO/GEO content, PDP optimization, A/B testing, analytics tools, and digital content deployment. You're comfortable working with CMS platforms, AIpowered content tools, and retailerspecific content systems.
  • You have experience working with digital content syndication tools and platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo) and are familiar with retailer systems such as Walmart Retail Link / Supplier One.
  • You demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
