Job description

The Digital Marketing role will plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate demand, and support pipeline growth. This position will manage day-to-day execution across paid, organic, AI search, and content channels, working cross-functionally with sales and product marketing to increase engagement and lead generation. This hybrid role is located in Akron, Ohio. Consideration will be given only to candidates who are local to the area and authorized to work in the United States.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, social, paid search, organic social.
  • Assist to manage company website content updates, landing pages, and on-page SEO and AI search optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting to marketing leadership.
  • Help to manage paid advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for cost-per-lead and ROI targets.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Administer marketing automation platform workflows (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Lead Forensics, etc.).
  • Support email marketing programs, including list segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing collateral, graphics, and video assets.
  • Support the development and scheduling of content for social media channels to grow brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing managers and sales to align digital campaigns with lead generation and pipeline goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor digital strategies to inform recommendations.
  • Prepare ad-hoc campaign analyses and reports as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, specifically Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Meta Business Suite, StackAdapt, etc.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools, best practices, trends, and strategy, including keyword research, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), related tools, and optimization strategies
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft software programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate with all levels of staff and operate with a high degree of independence and initiative
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
  • 2-3 year's experience in digital marketing or a related role
