  • Marketing Automation & AI Agents: Pilot and scale the use of AI tools, vendor platforms, and automated workflows to streamline repetitive marketing tasks; test into autonomous agents and programmatic scripts for high-impact use cases like competitive content gap analysis, forum sentiment tracking, and bot crawl-readiness.

  • Experimentation & Reporting: Run structured tests to analyze how content formats and technical configurations impact visibility across LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.). Maintain dashboard systems that track traditional SEO rankings alongside brand sentiment and citation share within these LLM environments to provide actionable strategic insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our agencies, vendors and internal teams like Paid Media, Content, Operations, Product and Engineering teams to translate strategy into action, establishing EEAT practices throughout, including authorship, freshness workflows, net new content and technical enhancements such as structured data.

  • Product Partnership & Discoverability: Partner with product teams to make recommendations on strategic initiatives that improve discoverability. This includes defining requirements for new programmatic pages, content hubs, off-site mentions and citation, widgets, quizzes, to optimize how we show up in traditional and emerging search platforms

  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of the curve by continually researching and applying new methodologies in the evolving AI search landscape. Set and mold best practices for both internal teams and our clients, ensuring our approach is always cutting-edge

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful, large-scale organic search strategies.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and others. The ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable, business-focused insights.
