Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead a skilled maintenance team, setting the course for preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Equipment Optimization: Oversee the maintenance and repair of cutting-edge automotive manufacturing equipment. Ensure maximum operational efficiency by implementing best practices in maintenance processes.
