Guests can choose from options such as shrimp, crab legs, oysters, fish, and other seafood, along with accompanying sides and sauces. Seafood buffets are popular at restaurants, hotels, and cruise ships, and they often feature both hot and cold dishes. The menu may vary by location and season, ensuring fresh and diverse selections for guests.

What are some of the unique challenges faced by staff working at a seafood buffet, and how can I prepare for them?
