Job description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated office team member to support day-to-day operations in our liquor wholesale business. This is a great opportunity for someone with office computer skills who is eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

  • General office support and administrative tasks
  • Data entry and working with spreadsheets (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Assist with tracking orders, invoices, and product information
  • Communicate with team members, vendors, and partners
  • Help maintain organized records and systems
  • Support operations, pricing updates, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and organized
  • Works well with others in a team environment
  • Able to understand and speak Portuguese
