Job SummaryThe Community Marketing Agent represents Travel + Leisure at SeaWorld and other hightraffic locations, including malls, theme parks, and local events such as festivals, trade shows, and conferences. In this salesfocused role, you engage guests as a brand ambassador, introduce the vacation ownership experience, and invite qualified prospects to attend awardwinning vacation presentations.How You'll Shine
  • Represent Travel and Leisure as a positive, professional brand ambassador
  • Engage prospective customers and incentivize them to attend sales preview tours
  • Qualify guests based on company guidelines
  • Schedule tour reservations and collect required deposits
Compensation
  • Training Pay: $19.75 per hour, with commission opportunities during the first 60 days
  • After 60 Days: $17.75 per hour, plus commissions
  • Actual compensation may vary based on performance, experience, skills, and location
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers while following all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (80%)
  • Attend training sessions and department meetings, stay current on marketing materials and industry trends, and set and review performance goals (20%)
