Position Details
The Corporate District Manager is responsible for leading the performance, operations, and growth of FACE FOUNDRIÉ's corporate-owned locations across Southeast Florida. This role oversees the day-to-day success of corporate stores in the district, directly managing Store Managers and ensuring consistent, elevated execution across every location.
This leader will report to the Director of Shops + Operations. The ideal candidate is an operationally strong, financially minded, people-first leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds high-performing teams, drives accountability, and ensures a consistent, elevated client experience across every location in the district.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on sales performance, profitability, leadership development, operational excellence, and culture.
Responsibilities
District Leadership & Performance
  • Oversee the performance and operations of corporate-owned locations across Southeast Florida.
  • Lead and support Store Managers to drive sales, profitability, retention, and operational consistency.
  • Own P&L management across all district locations, including revenue performance, labor management, and controllable expenses.
  • Develop and manage district-level budgets, forecasting, and financial plans in partnership with leadership.
  • Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and operational trends regularly to identify opportunities, gaps, and action plans.
  • Implement proactive strategies to improve margins, operational efficiency, payroll performance, and overall store profitability.
  • Drive accountability around labor targets, inventory management, operational spending, and financial performance across all locations.
  • Ensure all locations consistently execute brand standards, protocols, and operational procedures.
  • Partner with Store Managers to create and execute performance improvement plans where needed.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess operational execution, team development, and overall business health.
  • Support new store openings within the district, including hiring, onboarding, operational setup, and launch execution.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing Store Managers across the district.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead ongoing performance conversations, coaching, and development planning for direct reports.
  • Partner with Training and People teams to ensure operational excellence and leadership growth across all stores.
  • Identify future leaders within the district and help build scalable leadership pipelines.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure teams are aligned and adaptable during periods of growth and evolution.
Client Experience & Brand Standards
  • Champion a best-in-class client experience across all district locations.
  • Ensure consistency in service execution, hospitality, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing and training teams to execute campaigns, launches, and initiatives successfully in stores.
  • Monitor client feedback, reviews, and retention trends, and implement action plans to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure stores are operating efficiently and in alignment with company goals and financial expectations.
  • Partner with the Director of Shops + Ops on operational strategies, systems, and process improvements.
  • Maintain strong oversight of scheduling, payroll management, inventory, compliance, and operational controls.
  • Support implementation of new tools, systems, and operational initiatives across district locations.
  • Assist in developing scalable operational frameworks as the SE Florida footprint expands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Training, Finance, HR, and Corporate leadership to support company initiatives and drive alignment across departments.
  • Serve as a key operational partner in district growth planning and expansion efforts.
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with leadership regarding priorities, performance, and operational updates.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in retail, wellness, beauty, hospitality, franchise, or service-based industries.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls across multiple locations, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and profitability improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for team development, culture building, and client experience.
  • Experience opening new locations preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between SE Florida locations.
