Job description

Kodem is the context-based application security platform delivering end-to-end protection from code to runtime. Powered by complete SDLC coverage and Runtime Intelligence™, Kodem accurately determines what really puts you at risk. Security and engineering teams are using Kodem to gain unmatched visibility, automate remediation and rely on real-time protection.
We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on building connections and opening doors. This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving Kodem's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Our SDRs are curious, resilient, and strategic thinkers who are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to the cybersecurity space.
About the Role:
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold/warm calling, email outreach, social media, and marketing lead follow-up.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within security and engineering teams.
  • Qualify prospects and set up discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain and grow your database of leads.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, and Partners to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Kodem's evolving offerings.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or in a sales-related role, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Driven, coachable, and results-oriented.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new tools and processes.

Preferred Background:
  • Prior experience in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Experience working with SCA, SAST, DAST, ASPM, or CSPM solutions.
  • Background in working with startups and adaptability to wear multiple hats.

Kodem Security is an equal-opportunity employer. We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We're excited to see how you can contribute to our mission.
