Job Title: D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager
Location: Hybrid – Any (USA)  City| 3 Days Onsite per Week
Experience: 10–15+ Years
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor project teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
  • Ensure successful deployment of D365 F&O solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Track project progress, KPIs, and team performance.
  • Support governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
  • 10–15+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Experience managing D365 F&O implementation or transformation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with SDLC, project planning, and risk management.
Preferred Skills
  • Dynamics 365 Administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or other Agile project management tools.
  • SDLC and DevOps experience.
  • CSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience leading Agile transformations in large enterprise environments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 10–15+ years of Project Management experience.
