We have earned the title as "The most referred lake weed removal company" by hundreds of residential homeowners, Park and Recreation Boards, Lake Associations, Watershed Districts, Municipality Boards, and HOAs throughout Minnesota, by utilizing the most thorough and specialized SCUBA by-the-root deep cleaning process in the lake weed removal industry. This service provides instant results that extract 95% of the entire root structure, stalks, and biomass of invasive and nuisance weeds. Our service lines include watercraft inspections, SCUBA by the root removal, rapid response control, floating weed cleanup, dangerous debris cleanup, zebra mussel extraction, and non-chemical product sales. We are proud to provide exceptional quality and service that solves the problems many lake residents face and a service that creates beautiful lakeshores that families love.
Job Description
Flexible part time or full time schedule! Willing to be flexible with scheduling for great candidates!
In this position, you would be arriving to our Long Lake facility in the afternoon and work into the evening. There is a good potential for flexibility in this role. Some work potentially on Saturday/Sunday as needed.
- Refuel fleet of trucks
- Unload lake weeds from crew trailers to dump trailer and drive dump trailer to offload at disposal site.
- Transport SCUBA tanks to and from compressor facility
- Organize and inspect trucks and trailers daily
- Load trucks with supplies for the next day
- Disinfect equipment (to kill zebra mussels and other invasive species)
- Run errands related to maintenance; picking up parts, delivering vehicles for repair, etc
- Maintain common areas in good condition
- Make or arrange for repairs as needed
- Ensure that the maintenance area and warehouse is kept clean and organized.

+ Valid drivers license & clean driving record + Be able to pass DOT physical and attain DOT card + High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. + Prefer 1+ year related experience required or a combination of education and experience. + Ability to lift 80 lbs repeatedly + Attention to detail and self motivated
