What is a Scrum Master?

A Scrum Master is a professional responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework within a team. They help ensure that the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices, removing obstacles and fostering a collaborative environment. They also work with product owners and stakeholders to maximize the value delivered by the team.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Scrum Master, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Scrum Master, you need a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework principles, and often a Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps is typically required.
